Amended Motion to Litigation Against the Fords

Jerry Monday, President and Chairman of Texas Hill Country Barbecue (THCB), announced today that THCB plans to file an amended motion to their Nevada judgement of $559,000 against Jason Ford, Susan Ford, Rachael Ford and Jay Ford. The motion seeks to cancel and return to the THCB treasury over 6 million shares of common stock issued to the Ford's THCB Employees Trust Fund. It was discovered during litigation this trust was never established as required by the IRS.
"We will continue to take what every legal action we deem necessary to recover assets that belong to our shareholders", said Monday.
Once returned, these shares will reduce the number of shares outstanding. At this stage, the Company does not comtemplate any reversal of stock in the near future.
