Farsight logs you out after 15 minutes also; it is a security thing and I have not found it to be a problem. If I am working a stock that is hot I place the order (in Farsight) and get to the confirmation screen and enter my password but do not click the button to execute it. I then switch to my realtime quote server and when I see my desired price, I back click on my browser to the Farsight page and click the button to execute the order. If I do not execute within 15 minutes, I click the button to cancel the order, re-enter it and start over, running through or changing any Farsight screen that causes it to load data about your account, gives you a new fifteen minutes, I assume NDB works in a similar way. It is a little bit of a pain in the @ss but nothing I can't live with for the price I am paying.
