All these 3 groups believe themselves morally superior to one another and to all others and supernaturally favored due to their obedience to their tribal god. In all these cases they each predict that those not of their tribal or 'philosophical' persuasion (those who do not share their particular superstitions and arrogant favored status) will be tortured for eternity as punishment for existing outside of the group values.
