And not because they bought Dagaz --- they've never been an ADSL player any more than GM or Ford would be players without motors --- but because of their (Cisco's) seriousness re: ADSL. Hindsight gives you great bravado. Unfortunately, I don't have that skill. BTW, it takes humility to say you don't have the financial strength to make it on your own and to accept a buyer before the stock goes to the basement. Some companies have too much hubris and see this only after it's too late. Hubris???? Ah, there's a term for you. May as well discuss truth with Mephistophiles. Pat
