Under Obama, the unemployment rate has declined from 10.2% to 7.8%.

As usual, you are very selective in what "facts" you present. When Obama took office, unemployment was 7.8%. His policies drove it up over 10, and it has taken him nearly 4 years to get back to where it was when he started.
