Management of Crescent


Michael Hopley - Chariman/Director: Michael is one of the founders of Crescent Resources and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunridge Gold. He is a key member of the Crescent management team for his ability to evaluate the geological merits of resource properties and for his vast network within the industry. He has over 30 years experience in the precious metals sector with companies such as Sunridge Gold and Bema Gold.


Don Halliday - President and CEO/Director: Don is one of the founders of Crescent Resources Corp and is the President and CEO. He has over 18 years experience in investor relations and corporate development and brings to the team a very strong background in shareholder communication and fund raising. He has played a key role in the growth of Sunridge Gold Corp and Nevsun Resources.


Greg Davis - Vice President Business Development: Greg was the Vice-President of Business Development for Crosshair Exploration before joining Sunridge. Prior to that, Greg was a Project Manager and Senior Geological Technician for Nevsun Resources.


Ian MacLean - Director: Ian began his Investor Relations career in 1996 with Nevsun Resources. In 2001, Ian joined Bema Gold Corporation as the Manager of Investor Relations and has recently been appointed Vice President of Corporate Development of Bema Gold's succesor, B2 Gold Corp. Ian has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University in Ottawa, ON, Canada.


Eric Edwards - Director: Since 1996, Mr. Edwards has served as Chief Executive or Chief Financial Officer for a number of publicly traded gold companies. Mr. Edwards has completed acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, equity placements, project and corporate debt facilities. Mr. Edwards has had over 25 years experience in the gold mining sector in positions of increasing responsibility in operations, business development and corporate finance. Mr. Edwards holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Geology from Utah State University. He is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Lupaka Gold Corp., a private mineral exploration company.


Doris Meyer - Chief Financial Officer/Corporate Secretary: Doris is a Member of the Association of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia and Canada. She was Vice President, Finance of Queenstake Resources Ltd. from 1985 to 2003 and Corporate Secretary until 2004 where she led negotiations of joint venture and purchase agreements, equity financings, debt financings and capital purchases. In 1996 Mrs. Meyer formed Golden Oak Corporate Services Ltd. and now acts as Chief Financial Officer and/or Corporate Secretary of several publicly traded mining companies. Golden Oak provides those clients with administrative, accounting and compliance services.

Crescent Resources, Coventry Resources to merge

Sept 10th, '12 - News Release
Crescent Resources Corp. and Coventry Resources Ltd., an Australian company, have entered into a merger implementation agreement dated Sept. 7, 2012, pursuant to which the two companies will combine by way of a share exchange to a create a new gold exploration and development company focused on properties in Ontario, Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, Crescent will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Coventry on the basis of 0.2513 postconsolidation share of Crescent for each share of Coventry owned. Immediately prior to the share exchange, Crescent will complete a consolidation of its shares in which five old Crescent shares will be exchanged for one new Crescent share. The boards of directors of Crescent and Coventry have each unanimously approved the terms of the transaction.
