Totally agree, Ilaine. I've also been trying to wean myself off breads and pastas made with non-wheat non-sugar ingredients because really they are never as good as the original (actually cauliflower pizza IS as good as the original). Instead of using sugar-substitutes, I'm trying to reeducate my taste buds to not like sugar at all, but it sure ain't easy, LOL.
