Recipe for cauliflower pizza, please?

Speaking of vegetables, I am highly amused that Dr. Attia, a low carb guru, deleted a comment I made last night to one of his posts, " What I actually eat, part II."

I pointed out that he doesn't eat enough green vegetables, that lettuce isn't enough. You need dark leafy greens, like turnip greens, collard greens, mustard greens, kale, chard, radiccio, escarole, beet greens, bok choi. They are full of vitamins and minerals, and low in carbs.

Was wondering what his comment would be. Ha. He deleted it.

I guess he did not like being told he should eat his greens. He'd rather eat Superstarch, which looks like a Frankenfood to me. But what do I know? I am not an elite athlete.

I just think people should eat real food.

Re: Superstarch. Surprised to see Dr. Volek endorsing it. He is co-author of The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance, which demonstrates that elite athletes do quite well on a ketogenic low carb diet, burning fat as their fuel of choice.
