I pointed out that he doesn't eat enough green vegetables, that lettuce isn't enough. You need dark leafy greens, like turnip greens, collard greens, mustard greens, kale, chard, radiccio, escarole, beet greens, bok choi. They are full of vitamins and minerals, and low in carbs.

I am glad you like these, but remember, you don't NEED any of them. What you need is fat and protein. Veggies won't hurt you.
