Well I would simply go six months with and without and correlate to how it makes me feel – how are my energy levels, preponderance of fatigue, quality of my sleep, clarity of my mental experience, ability of my body to handle stress eg injury or illness, hows my libido, how are my workouts going, overall how it makes me feel on a day to day basis. I’m not at all interested in some sort of reductionistic / statistical attempt to prove to myself that eating a wide variety of veg on a regular basis is good for me.
