Tom,
CB's biggest mistake was not the Reg S--that was only a symptom of the bigger problem--her inability to let go and put certain controls in the hands of those who know much more about those aspects than her. A true professional knows how to delegate responsibilities in those areas that others can do the same or better so there is an increase of productivity and then they are left with enough time to do things like grow the business. CB is delusional--she has repeatedly turned down the suggestions and assistance of those who could have helped. Thinking that her way with investors was heping them is laughable except for the many shareholders who were decimated financially by her antics. I don't know if she is mean spirited or just inept at certain things for I have only met her once and only spent about 30 minutes with her. However, I do know that her expertise is in the lab and her refusal to enlist far more qualified people in turning this into a viable company has been so consistant, that I can only conclude she is an egomaniac or delusional or both.

Read the followinglink: Message 2836988 particularly focusing on the part on management. THere are 1000's of great products out there that will fail because of management. This is but one that has failed. Its time has passed and with a big change in CB--one that will put power in the hands of more qualified people, there is an infintessimal chance this one could make it.
