Paul, Barron's did an article last week on the 'January Effect' creeps up earlier every year. Last week was supposed to be the beginning of small cap gains and sure enough we did pretty well last week. Last year Franklin started up Dec 15 or so and there was no news at all to account for it, it just about doubled by the end of December. Here's hoping it repeats that. Shalom WH
