Did not say they have not made progress. Said they have not closed a deal. Rumored progress has no cash/investor value, results do. In 2006 PVCT started looking for buyers for the Purific line....just recently they have announces a 5-entity spin out that would finalize that process.....I am sure MGT feels they made progress over the 5-6 years it took...but it is not likely that shareholders will see anything positive from the final deal, which looks like it will wind up far short of the 'sale for cash' plan from 2006.
