Yes, my understanding is that it has been sold in order to fulfill a personal commitment made a number of months ago, but that CR did not think it in anyone's best interest to sell while the litigation was pending. Given the amount of flak that he has apparently received, I doubt that there will be any more sales in the intermediate future.

Parenthetically, it is my understanding that "production is still on track for the beginning of the year."
