Bull. I read the first question and it is not correct. CMDA or any technology is capable of higher data rates. IF you want T-1, all you have to do is pay the money and use the spectrum to deliver it. They isn't any magic involved.

The real question is who does it efficiently? It certainly isn't done with TDMA.
Who does it reliably? Certainly at higher data rates for digital, TDMA will have to use more power to ensure it's Eb/No is hig enough to deliver error free transmission.

More "My legacy system is the best out thier", last gasp protection of antiquated technology.
