OTOT: I don't know, but Paul Orr Jones I believe thinks mono is better, and he sounds pretty well-informed. I certainly can't cite specific papers. But as I wrote previously, Canola oil is about 25% the cost of olive oil, which is not insignificant when one is trying to save as much money as possible to buy more Intel! Gary >Years ago I had always heard that poly were better than mono, but then they started saying that mono was better. Has something recently changed that they are now back to poly being better. How recent is your information on this?
