OTOT: I don't know, but Paul Orr Jones I believe thinks mono is better, and he sounds pretty well-informed. I certainly can't cite specific papers. But as I wrote previously, Canola oil is about 25% the cost of olive oil, which is not insignificant when one is trying to save as much money as possible to buy more Intel!
