Good morning Paul, Yes I did have a lovely Thanksgiving and thank you. I hope that you also did have one.

Thank you , thank you, thank you for that most interesting information about intracranial bleeds and platelet aggregation. I have done much study in college (including several semesters of Clinical Nutrition) and on my own about nutrition and did not know that. I did know that one has to be very careful with fat-souluble vitamins and that too much vitamin A (in cod liver oil) could cause head-aches and my nutrition books recommended against taking cod liver oil as a supplement, but I did not know about that infomation. I am very glad to know this. I am very much impressed with your health knowledge and interested to know how you keep up so well. Is it from research on the internet. I should do more or that with regard to health and nutrition. I keep up mostly from the newspaper and TV and some magazines. Please continue to keep me informed of anything you see or hear and I will do the same. I do appreciate your efforts,

The market has certainly been giving us an early Christmas present today. I hope it lasts for awhile. Have a good day and thank you again. Go INTEL

Health and Prosperity to you,
Margaret
