sorry - didn't research your posts. i just did and i don't see where you have justified coms tanking. modems are nearly irrelevant - when it comes to long term profitability. all pc's need modems and 3com will get their share. the money is in the switches, etc - the enterprise layer. there is more profitability in 1 switch than 30 modems. 3com is doing very well in the enterprise - their sales grew over 30% in this arena. do you know of any problems in the enterprise arena?
