Hi Jeffrey, I agree with you. I track companies like OZON who are opening new market opportunities. However, I don't like to buy on announcements and speculation. When OZON gets their first real test in the Food Processing Industry, I will buy in and add to my postion as they expand. Buying now assures that your in play prior to contract announcements, but you can sit on "dead money" for months or years. I'm too impatient for that type of investing.
