Because I am not steeped in ideology like you are. All the evidence; all the facts are there for you to see........but you refuse to look. That's not an open mind.........that's one weakened by ideology. That's like Tenchu believing that whites aren't racist.......except you can see what Tenchu is prevented from seeing because he's not white.

Trickle down has not worked; the war in Iraq did not work; New Orleans was allowed to fail, the stats for the South stink on so many levels; the rich get richer at the expense of the middle class; evolution is not real........the list goes on and on............and these are all failings of your ideology and your party.

You once said you were more liberal when you were younger. The younger Dave was the more honest; the smarter Dave. You should never have let him get away. When I was in my 20s, I was much more conservative...........I got more liberal as I became more educated and aware. That's the way it should work for everyone.
