No, and in fact, he was provided funds from as yet unnamed sources, and clearly benefited from Affirmative Action, an option which Romney didn't have.

Anyone who suggests Romney isn't "self-made" is just full of shit.

While it was enacted in 1975, THAT EIC was NOTHING like today's EITC. Today it is grown into a $35 Billion/year welfare program, almost all of which is paid out to people whose tax liability is less than the credit.
