Good summary, but it does the 180 extreme (the settlement truth is in the middle):

Based on the available information, the assertion that "JBII Wins Defamation Lawsuit" is false.

Here is a summary of the information that has so far been leaked by John Bordynuik and his people:

1) John Bordynuik and JBI Inc filed a defamation lawsuit against several Canadians in an Ontario court, for saying mean things about Mr. Bordynuik and JBI.

2) The judge did not find any of the defendants guilty of defamation.

3) No damages were awarded by the judge to John Bordynuik or JBI, since the judge did not find any of the defendants guilty of defamation.

2) and 3) prove that JBI and John Bordynuik *LOST* their defamation lawsuit, if the above information is true. That is the exact opposite of "winning" a defamation lawsuit.
