Tom, to elaborate...... all around the world when there is an earthquake, a tsunami, or any one of a plethora of things that brings the grid down...... it's twitter that seems to get out. this is ESpecially the case when the government cracks down in Iran,syria, Libya.... and numerous other places. but I'M a complete idiot in texas..... and thus need to learn additional perspectives. I need your insights before your state completely collapses into anarchy due to it's massive debt... city, couty and state... I'm praying you folks find a printing press and fund your way out of it. John
