High P/E for PFE

Anyone on this thread concerned about the extremely high P/E that PFE commands? Trailing earnings P/E of around 45 -- an all time high (?).

Given the 97 and 98 earnings estimates from Zacks:

$1.70 this year
$2.01 next year

(That's only an 18% increase year-on-year).

I understand that historically most drug companies command a premium p/e because of future potential earnings from "killer" drugs coming down the pipeline.

But isn't PFE a little ahead of itself here?

Just wondering -- please do not crucify me for asking.
