Why the Congressional Committee that is meeting today DID NOT call Rice to the Hill to testify stymies me. It would be a lose lose for the Administration: Refuse her appearance, let her appear and tell them she lied, appear and lie some more or take the 5th! No win for Obama in that selection of actions!!
