Cary, thanks for the DD. Also, found this from 56 thread. I am glad you brought up those points and looked into those issues and showed your concern. Only time will tell. Once it becomes a reporting co. much less risk will be attached to the stock, but perhaps by then the price will be somewhat higher. Once again who knows. For me, its worth the risk, especially when I can buy a 5 thousand block of shares for 2k. Heck, if it drops to .20 I lose 1000 bucks , but if it goes to $3 sometime in the next year I make $13,000. (on a $2000 investment!) That is a good risk/reward ratio for me. For everyone it is different! Thanks for the info and I hope you lurk, I posted in my post yesterday the same concern you did. Everything sounds JUST TOO GOOD. That makes me wary. But like I said in the paragraph above.. its worth a small risk. Good luck, Mark
