One of my biggest concerns about ESA, aside from the fact that they appear to have a hard time properly bidding jobs, is that they are doing a relatively large amount of business with a small capital base. One bad bid could sink them. they need to either raise additional capital, which would be dilution hell for the current shareholders, or sell out to a larger company.
