I think what we have here is a bungled attempt by the WH to cover up what went on in Benghazi to make it fit in with their story about this all being a Video protest. They probably didn't know when they sent Rice out on TV that there had not been a protest in Benghazi and now they are stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Politically, I doubt if Romney can take this very far. But at least it gives him something new to talk about that hurts the Admin.
