Bob Brinker's Stock Market Outlook and Current Marketimer Portfolio Advice Bob Brinker's Stock Market Advice and Answers to Model Portfolio Questions He's more cautious now in the mid 1400s than he was 5 years ago when the market was a GIFT HORSE BUY OPPORTUNITY at this same level. That is probably very good news for us contrarians. BTW, Bob Brinker has been fully invested, 100% in stocks in his model portfolio 1 and 2, since March 2003 so these "buying opportunities" and "buy on market weakness" events need to be taken with a whole salt shaker.
