koan, Obama knows very well that the US cannot afford anymore to fund terrorists in Syria to overthrown another terrorist named Assad and his regime. Very wisely, he is allowing them to duke it out. he did so in Libya too except when the citizens of Benghazi were threatened, he conducted surgical strikes and then got out of the way. He should also get out of Afghanistan as soon as he can. Furthermore, we need to drastically reduce our military spending. He mentioned during the last debate that we "do not need to spend on our military systems and give our troops what they said they do not need." So when we save all these, then the funds freed up will go towards taking care of our jobless and the elderly. Obama has already proposed a 700 billion dollar savings. He is smart enough not to suggest a voucher system. People during retirement need to enjoy their remaining years and not spend their time worrying about and shopping for insurance with a voucher as Ryan is proposing. So Obama's plan is very clear. Cut the military budget and quit taking care of other countries in the world by sending our troops in there. We need to take care of our own people first.
