I will state again. Allow a statistics expert access to all procedures and to review all guards against fraud.
I would bet enough issues would be legitimately raised such that no one could guarantee that fraud was not
committed. Given the outrageous number of 873,000 jobs created, the obvious conclusion is that fraud was indeed the reason.i
