A good referee is one who has control of what is going on. In the wild world of capitalism, where might is right, we need to have very strict oversight. Or else we will have people dying from medications that cut corners during manufacturing killing the patients. The rich sit in heir ivory towers, expect the African American kids to go and fight wars, the young white kid to join the police and lay their lives on the line so that they can preserve and protect ivory towers. And why is it that they do not want to pay taxes to fund that activity.
