Consider thinking about SE as a takeover target. 'Cause it is the only leading public e-comm. company that is making any signifacant amount of money from the internet commerce market. And listening to other software companies, they often refer to the electronic commerce boom and how they will benefit, many of which do not have that capability (software)yet. So, SE provides the opportunity to investors and other large cap. software companies who seek to enter a growing e-comm market.
