Respectfully, the problem with those kinds of things is that they're loaded with all kinds of artificial elements that toxify the body, even if it says all natural, yes, they're natural dangerous chemicals... dog poop is also all natural but it doesn't mean it's good to eat... you could make your own yogurt, it's not difficult to make, and it would be genuinely natural and healthy, and at less cost than what you're buying now... for myself, I like toasted rye with organic butter, back coffee, and a few scrambled eggs for breakfast... GZ
