True enough, but so did buyers of Bre-x at 3.00. I do not mean to be negative but stocks rise and fall based on perception - not necessarily fact. The maket percieves PSO to have a problem - correctly or incorrectly - whether it is the oil market, finances or tax sellling. The better play, with respect to the Tunisian well, is one of the other partners.
