for my part, what sounds complicated is a waste of time, (and maybe the reason why SP is down) so... i bought a nice little block yesterday on that simple thinking of mine: "even if the stock goes down to the abyss, even if the ipo fails, when Spa is granted, we're back to 3-5 dollars a share. What's the price now? 0.60? ok i'm buying some shares" assumption: Spa granted.
