Exactly! Deploy rate-adaptive solutions and use the bandwidth where you need it at the best prices it can get. If they need SDSL to get the lower speeds, so be it. Amati's Allegro does both. Just don't sell the telcos teacups when they'll need gallon jugs a year down the road.
