Six month data is posted in the ACR abstract, don't know when it went up an don't know if there's an embargo. Will check. 4 mg data looks best to me, yielding %ACR70 = 28. Three month versus six month, %ACR20, %ACR50, and %ACR70..... 75, 35, 23 versus 78, 48, 28 (trends better with more time on drug) Severe SAEs in 5% of patients (all doses grouped). Major message of abstract is that responses are maintained (comparing three month data) and that efficacy and side effects are similar to that reported for three months. No opportunistic infections, but they'll show up in wider testing.... nature of the beast.
