I don't have a chart or anything to support my comment. It was more or less anecdotal.
I'm all for lower taxes. I would support your idea. It would definitely put more money to work back in the USA instead of chasing jobs away. Socialist governments don't get yet that like water seeks its level, business seeks lower tax rates. Which is why we are getting creamed by other countries right now for jobs and investment.
Yet I surmise an increase in dividends for Apple and the other tech companies with fat bank accounts and no/low divvies, could be accomplished on less than requiring a major repatriation of foreign earnings.
