Michael, thank you for your response, are you saying that AGISS also has a contract with the Canadian Gov. ? Moreover, are you saying that the code from such a contract would be converted using the ConSyGen toolset ?

What about the 100,000 shares that IRA registered in the S-1 filing ?

1. who controls those shares ?

2. where they given to IRA for services rendered or purchased by IRA ?

3. Would IRA consider selling those shares at current price levels ?
