Humble question, Mr. Block, if I may, re. IRA, you, and CSGI share ownership?
When answering this Message 2842020 you neglected here Message 2846026 to address the point humbly quoted below - entirely.
Why?
Begging pardon, can you do so - here on this thread, since you and IRA are involved with a number of y2k companies - - as soon as convenient?

ConSyGen - IRA use to be the PR firm for ConSyGen, and as such, I am sure you were given or bought private placement shares. In the latest S-1 filing you personally, and IRA as a company, registered shares to be tradable on the open market.

Beneficial Ownership =============== - Name and Address Number of Percentage of Number of Shares of Beneficial Owner** Shares Ownership Being Offered --------------------- ------ --------- ------------- Michael Block(12) 6,300 * 6,300
Innovative Research 106,300 * 106,300 Associates, Inc.(4) ----------------------------------------------------------
1. Are you planning to sell these shares at current price levels, and more importantly, is IRA ?
2. I assume this was private placement stock subject to rule 144 time restrictions, was this stock given to you, given in exchange for services rendered, or bought ?
3. Other than owning stock in ConSyGen, does IRA currently have any kind of business relationship with CSGI either directly or through a third party ? ______________________________________________________________________
If you wish to elaborate on other share ownership in other y2k companies you or IRA may own, I humbly believe that would be most welcome here as well.
Humble thanks in advance,
