Twin impeachments? Because of the Consent Decree action? Spare me. 2.5 million members? Plus, the juxtaposition of AT&T and IBM vs. Microsoft seems... odd, since both AT&T and IBM were subject of extensive antitrust investigations. From elsewhere on the site:
ACSA became a non-profit, charitable research and education organization under IRC 501(c)3 during 1993.
Prior thereto, its membership consisted of three organizations:
the American Computing Association (formed in 1970), the American Certified Computer Consultants Associations (formed in 1980); and the American Certified Computer Scientists Association (formed in 1990).

Hmmm. 2.5 million members? Up from 68k when the organization was formed 3 years ago? No grant or donor money? Where does the money come from? Something smells fishy here, and the recent news seems to be a bit, um, Microcentric. I'll have to research this a little further.
