PS: The other thing you are discounting is that Bush left Obama a full blown depression. It was not a recession, it was depression and it looked like the entire world financial structure would fail.

Obama, to his credit saved the country, and the auto industry. Although had he hired Stiglitz and Krugman instead of those slimeballs Summers and Geithner, he would have done a much better job.

But Clinton was right, no one could have repaired the damage bush left Obama in just four years. He has done remarkably well, considering.

And Obama calmed the nation and brought some brains and sanity to the white house, which we really needed. I just wish he ran with a better crowd of people and would cut those right wingers loose.
