No, I was referencing specifically the Biden pick. There were a lot of complaints about Biden when Obama picked him.......sort of along the lines of Palin but not as bad........that he was not ready to be president. And there has been constant carping that he makes gaffes and is a bit of a buffoon.

And you're right. Clinton did not want to be VP.
