I don't think we are there yet. We keep getting huge short term rallies that exhaust themselves very quickly and keep setting up long slow pullbacks. Bear markets see lots of big downward spikes with lots of countertrend buying. Bull markets see lots of big spikes higher with lots of countertrend selling.
