Have no argument with 31 out of the 34 lines you posted--although I assume you didn't mean this to be all inclusive.

Line 3. There are so many exceptions to this that it is rarely enforced. Look at BCMD chart--it has been below $1 for 9 months this year--by your reckoning it should already be delisted.

Line 20. PP may be able to sell when shares are registered--by December 31st, and when approved by SEC. This is my interpretation from the cover letter Jim sent me confirming purchase. The shares were to be issued before registration (I received mine Friday--15 days after the transfer agent 500 miles away in NJ postmarked it)

Line 30. 5,000 shares short last month, zero the previous month--try to short it--unless you are a MM you cannot, repeat--cannot.
