Time to hop on APCO. I think Doug will agree that the technicals are going to turn sharply higher after today's action is figured in. Most indicators have been neutral for the last few weeks .... now it is breaking out and it's time to rock. Cary is also expecting news for APCO soon. This should add more momentum to the stock. Target $8.75 to $9 in the short term. Whatta ya think Doug ? Mike
