Hi Reg

I considered getting into this CP REIT (Legacy Hotels Investment Trust) but decided on CHIP REIT instead. (Canadian Hotel Income Properties)

My feeling is that
1)CHIP pays a higher dividend/distribution
2)management is very experienced
3)Expansion/growth action has been agressive.
4)Odlum Brown recommends CHIP with a 18 month fully paid unit target of $20
