BCMD is on the Nasdaq Small Cap...I don't think they will need to do a reverse split to stay listed. They will have at least some revenue, which will come from JV if not gold. So why would they delist? Or reverse split which is used to raise money for operations?

Why does everyone feel that now there is no gold?!? They just recieved money to dig for 3 years, the scanning has shown that there is gold beneath the rock, it just takes major digging to get to it. They have experienced miners on the job who have presumably shown nothing but confidence in the situation. They started digging TODAY, so why is NO NEWS a concern. Actually there is news, they finished a joint venture which will keep them in operation for 12 quarters. Bankrupt? Why would anyone think they are bankrupt? They are mining in what is historically one of the richest areas in the world, and they have 9 MINES. They are starting with #4 since this shows the most promise according to the assays.

Why all the doom and gloom? Because Daytraders Online decided to pump and then dump. That doesn't change the mineral content of the Earth in Northern California.

I bought in to this stock for the same reason everyone else did, to make cash. I bought because there is promise of gold in the ground, and this will bring HUGE results, and I want HUGE results. I thought the timing was right because the JV, which the company promised in November, would lend validity to the future operations. I was wrong, the signing seemed to scare a lot of people.

But that doesn't change the facts...the company promised a JV in November, and the company delivered. They didn't promise a stock price of $5, they didn't promise a "skyrocketing" stock price. They didn't hype. They put out a PR release before the JV to inform the shareholders of their progress. Is this HYPE? I don't think so.

BOTTOM LINE: The company has not showed dishonesty. All of their promises have been delivered so far. There next promise is that they will be bringing up GOLD. Why not believe this...because they needed to buy new shakers!?!

Live long and prosper, RYAN

To all the naysayers, please don't buy stock. Goodbye and good riddance.
