Jay: My computer was down for many weeks, and I was unable to even keep up with what has been happening with GRNO. I too have received the e-mails from Essary. I have informed him that passive receipt of a newsletter does not constitute part- icipation in a conspiracy, but public accusations of conspir- atorial conduct is actionable in its own right (as advised by counsel). I have asked him to desist. I suggest anyone else on the list may want to do the same. BTW - I am prepared to follow through with legal action to back up my communication. Hope you are doing well.
